Sentry guns don't care.
Customs agents can see through cloaks, containers, anything really. If I want to transport drugs in high sec, I use a disposable scan alt. If he takes too much of a standings hit, then I delete and re-roll.

OK - so i put my own petition in and checked. This considered an exploit, so don't do it!
Whatever happened to the subtle advice - "Hey that's an exploit, don't do it" instead of the "I'm dobbing on you, I hope you get your account banned". Considering the amount of good advice I've been giving to new players over the last few years, I think I deserve a break from other players when I screw up and give the very occasional piece of wrong info.
So thanks for the petition against me......I trust the GMs will take into account my good behaviour over the years and I doubt I'll be banned, but thanks again for your consideration on this matter.

It's an exploit if you delete the character for the purpose of avoiding the penalties......not if you delete the character for any other reason.
Edit: now that I've clarified that, I should probably stop commenting.
